We’re an award-winning fast-growing Leeds-based home decor brand & retailer is looking for someone to join our busy in-house paid media executive team to set up paid social media campaigns, generate reports and undertake basic website admin tasks.

We are looking for someone with energy, enthusiasm and passion. A willingness to continually learn and improve is a must, as is attention to detail. You will be reporting to our Marketing E-commerce Manager and assisting with the daily activities of the e-commerce team.

The core of the role covers:

  • Setting up social media campaigns (e.g. Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest) based on pre-approved media plans
  • Setting up small PPC campaigns for specific product launches
  • Running reports on campaigns to show results
  • Digging into analytics and campaign results to gather insights that can inform future decisions
  • Undertaking keyword research and monitoring Google trends for content insights
  • Assisting with monthly budget management and invoice control
  • Uploading pre-approved information to product listings on the D&R website
  • Keeping third party websites up to date with new products and removing end of line items

Your must-haves:

  • Excellent written and verbal English
  • Ability to organise yourself and your time to be efficient
  • An overview of the main paid media formats and the role each plays
  • How to work with brand guidelines and the importance of Tone of Voice
  • Customer-first thinking
  • Understanding of what being detail-orientated means

Extra points for…

  • A keen interest in interiors, fashion and/or design
  • Brand vs sales activation marketing theory
