Grey ICON 60 telephone – retro house phone

- Original style mechanical bell ringer
The very epitome of British retro house phone design –the shape of this nostalgic house telephone is still the universally recognised symbol of the phone. The colour scheme of the ICON 60 is totally late 60s/early 70s inspired with its mid-grey body, cream face plus orange detail dial buttons and flex.
We think this phone looks fantastic in any retro vintage interior where it can be a feature rather than just a functional house phone. Pick out the colour of the orange push dial buttons and wire flex as your room’s accent colour – amazing set in a room painted shades of greys and creams. It may sound OTT to decorate your room around the design style of a telephone, but then inspiration can come from anywhere and if you love this phone it’s as good a muse as anything.
The original design for this iconic retro house phone was launched in 1967 by the Post Office and inspired two decades of conversation. In keeping with the original, this retro vintage telephone has the classic dial and bell ring tones but features the key button speed dials we’re more accustomed to.
