Nestled in the beautiful Grade II listed Victoria Quarter in Leeds City Centre, our flagship two-floor interiors showroom is now open.

We’ve worked hard to make sure it’s a safe and relaxing place to browse products for your home.

If you’ve had a browse around our website and you have a shopping list of products you’d like to see and feel in real life – then you might prefer to make an appointment so our team can make sure we have those products out ready for you. For your added peace of mind, we’ll clean them in front of you before you handle them.

To make an appointment, email showroom@dowsingandreynolds.com and one of the showroom team will get back to you as quickly as possible.

Alternatively, we are open seven days a week so feel free to visit us whenever suits you. 

Our opening hours are:

• Monday to Friday – 10am – 6pm
• Saturday – 10am – 6pm
• Sunday – 11am – 5pm 

Please note that if you are a trade customer, we do ask that you make an appointment.

What you can expect to see and do in the showroom

We understand that sometimes you just need to see, touch and feel a product before you buy it for your home. In our showroom, you can:

• Experience the ambience of the statement lighting and use the dimmers to see how you can control the amount of light.
• Hold the kitchen handles to see how they will feel in your hands every day.
• Turn the light switches on and off – instantly satisfying!
• Overwhelm your senses with our preserved foliage and get up close with our realistic faux plants.
• Take your pick of high pigment paint colours by browsing our sample boards. 
• Learn how you can customise your own light.

Our in-store interiors aficionados will be very happy to give you as much advice and inspiration as you would like.

What we are doing to keep you and us safe

Safety is our number one priority. Here’s what we’ve put in place:

• When you arrive, we ask that you wait outside the showroom door and we will let you in.
• We will only let in as many customers as we can safely accommodate.
• If you don’t see us, please bear with us, we may be upstairs with another customer.
• Our team will be wearing face masks to greet you and we will ask you to wear one too (we can give you a disposable mask if you don’t have one).
• We’ll ask you to sanitise your hands as you come in, with our quick and easy sanitiser.
• We’ll keep a 2m distance, wherever possible, and we ask that you do the same, from both our team and any other customers in the showroom.
• The showroom will be thoroughly cleaned every day and surfaces, handles and products cleaned more regularly.

Plenty to see and shop at Victoria Leeds

With ample parking nearby and neighbours such as Vivienne Westwood, Coach, Harvey Nichols, Mulberry, Whistles, Anthropologie, Zara Home, White Company and so many more, it’s the perfect place to spend the day gathering inspiration. 

The closest car park is at John Lewis (which is also part of Victoria Leeds), just a few minutes walk away. The car park has lovely big spaces and the team at Victoria take safety very seriously.
