We ship most, but not all of our products oversees – the restrictions mostly apply to electrical items and some foliage.
Where restrictions on international shipping do apply, the finer details section of the product’s page will have the information – it’s worth checking there first if you’re considering an item to ship outside the UK.
Temporary stop on EU shipping
New shipping procedures were put in place on 1 Jan 2021 and while we worked hard with our delivery partners, unacceptable delays in getting your orders to you have resulted in us temporarily needing to suspend all shipments to addresses in the EU.
Unfortunately, transit times are outside of our control but we’ll keep working with DPD and UPS to reinstate this service as soon as possible.
Standard International Deliveries
France and Germany please allow 3-6 working days.
Italy and Spain please allow up to 12 working days.
Rest of Europe please allow 5-7 working days.
OUTSIDE THE EU
All of our electrical products including switches, sockets and light fittings are only suitable for countries where the mains supply is between 220 and 240 volts. If you’re unsure, check with an electrician.

All our prices are exclusive of any local taxes and import duties and you will be responsible for the payment of these taxes and duties.
Be sure to write on the packaging that the item is a return, this will avoid any customs charges. If you don’t, and we do have to pay customs charges then we will deduct those fees from your refund amount.
You can return an item even if you just don’t like it* however, all non-faulty items must be unused, and in exactly the same condition as you received them.
The product box(es) must also be undamaged and suitable for resale.

PACKING YOUR RETURNS
Please reuse the original packaging when returning items to us.
We will not accept items that are not in their original condition (and product box) or have been damaged in transit due to inadequate packaging.
Whilst it’s rare that there are faults with our products, it does sometimes happen.
If your item is faulty, email email@example.com and we’ll refund, fix or send out a replacement as quickly as possible.
