7. Product Information
We aim to present our products as accurately as possible. Variations in colour and size may occur due to batch production.
Availability is subject to change; Dowsing & Reynolds will promptly notify you by email if an item becomes unavailable after placing your order and seek to find an alternative or advise on re-stocking dates.
8. Product Warranty
Your warranty is limited to you, the original purchaser of the product and is not transferrable.
We guarantee all of our products against defects for up to two years from the date of purchase (excluding light bulbs). If a fault does arise within these two years, we will repair or replace the item; refunds are not applicable. Replacement is subject to availability, and if the item is no longer available, we will offer a suitable alternative option or store credit to the value of the original purchase for future use.
When purchasing electrical items, we strongly recommend you engage a qualified electrician to undertake the installation.
What we don’t cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Failure to follow our assembly/installation instructions and, therefore, incorrect installation
- Items that have been altered or repaired
- Disassembled items
- Accidental damage
- Damage caused by misuse
- Consumables such as light bulbs
- Damage, such as dents and scratches that were not present at delivery
- Natural changes in character or texture over time
- Items sold as seconds or in a sample sale
- Installation/removal costs
9. Delivery
Deliveries are via courier for UK purchases and attract an additional charge, as detailed in our website checkout. Additional fees may apply for overseas or remote UK locations – Dowsing & Reynolds is not liable for paying these charges, including, but not exclusively, customs duties.
Please inspect items promptly and report any faulty or damaged goods, as detailed below.
10. Faulty or Damaged Products
Dowsing & Reynolds will replace or repair faulty or damaged items if you notify us within five working days of receipt: contact@dowsingandreynolds.com with supporting photos/video. We will advise you if we require you to return the defective or damaged items for inspection/testing/repair and send you a pre-paid returns label.
11. Returns
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase or change your mind, you may return the items unused in its original packaging within 28 days of the date of purchase for a refund. Altered items or those damaged during installation, plus those purchased via the Outlet section or at a Sample Sale, are ineligible for replacement, refund or repair.
