Black Steel Double Push Button Light Switch

Control two separate lighting circuits while introducing an aged, architectural detail to the wall. This double smart switch combines intuitive push-button operation with connected control, all contained within a Blackened Steel plate hand-finished in-house.

The feeling
Ordered, substantial and quietly industrial. The paired controls create a balanced sense of structure, while the timeworn finish gives the switch a more established, characterful presence.

Where it works best
Use it in rooms with two lighting zones, such as a kitchen with ceiling and island lighting, a living room with wall and overhead lights, or a bedroom with separate ambient and practical circuits.

The design detail
The darkened steel surface has subtle tonal variation created by the in-house finishing process. Choose black buttons for a grounded, tonal appearance or white buttons to give each control stronger definition.

This product is only suitable for countries where the mains supply is between 220 and 240 volts. If you're outside of the UK and are unsure, check the list of eligible countries below.

Your smart button will appear in Philips Hue, Alexa, Apple Home and Zigbee2MQTT ecosystems as a single, regardless of how many lights are connected to it, and all light bulbs will be controlled together. Any features available within your smart home system, such as voice command and scheduling have been tested to work with your smart switch.

Smart Button switch usage:

    • 1-way smart button (default, 5-250W load) at 220-240V 50Hz
    • Use one switch per lighting circuit
    • If the switch isn't connected to a smart hub, it will still operate as a standard switch
    • Dowsing & Reynolds smart buttons have been tested with most leading brands of LED bulbs
    • No neutral wire is required, this dimmer will work with standard UK wiring
    • Standby power consumption 0.5W

Security Update Support PeriodsWe provide security updates for our connectable products for a minimum defined support period. The current support periods for our product range are until the 31st December 2029
