Trailing your fingertips through the tall grasses that stand proud amongst the dunes, you pluck at the stems as you pad barefoot across the beach. Tussocks of pampas grass sway in the sea breeze, climbing skywards towards the horizon and you grin, a little envious of their permanent position on the sand.
Edging closer to the seashore, you shed your clothes and inhale deeply, pulling the bracing salty air into your lungs. Wading confidently through the waves, you barely flinch as the icy water laps at your thighs - you’re a sea-swim pro, and you love to feel the exhilarating chill as you sink beneath the waves. The early hour means the beach is blissfully deserted.
Submerged to your shoulders, you begin to swim, observing the beach and the tiny town perched on the cliffs from this new perspective. A fluffy collie sprints excitedly across the sand to retrieve a tennis ball, its excitable bark echoing across the cove as his fur blows in the wind. Here you’re at one with the sea, your body rising and falling with each ebb and flow of the tide.
Wrapping yourself in a towel, you sink into the sand beneath the pampas and stare at the sky. Wispy clouds breeze slowly across the horizon, the feather plumes framing your view perfectly. The item must be unused and in its original, undamaged packing.
