Our LED filament bulbs are designed with quality in mind. They look the business; you’ll appreciate their looks and build standard the second you clap eyes on them. This pear-shaped bulb has a beautiful squirrel cage filament and emits a lovely warm white glow.
Our pear squirrel cage filament LED Edison light bulbs are a distinct step on from the LED light bulbs of old. An LED filament bulb is simply one that's made to look like a traditional incandescent light bulb. The LED is fashioned to look like the filament - in this case, a squirrel cage style.
Vintage LED light bulbs are now hard to differentiate from the original, and much sought after, incandescent Edison style bulbs. Technology has moved on to allow LEDs to be configured into different shapes and even to emit different colour temperatures of light. Our warm glow LED Edison light bulbs are clear glass but the light they give out is lovely and warm. Gentle on the eyes. Cluster a few of these beauties together above a dining table for a gorgeous lighting centrepiece - ideal for creating a convivial atmosphere amongst friends.
This almost feels like the necessary small print but it's always worth mentioning the energy-saving benefits of LED bulbs in general, and in particular that our filament LED light bulbs have an average lifespan of 20,000 hours! That's a whole lot of dinner parties covered.
