We’re an established ecommerce business with a strong focus on customer experience, digital innovation and design-led retail. We’re looking for a technically confident Ecommerce Operations Assistant to support the day-to-day running, optimisation and maintenance of our ecommerce platforms.
This role sits within the CX and UX team, working closely with the UX Manager and Head of Customer Experience, alongside the Product team, to help keep the website accurate, effective and continuously improving.
We’re looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, learning systems and making things work better.
You might already be working in ecommerce operations, website administration or digital support, and be looking for a role where you can develop broader technical and operational experience within a collaborative in-house team.
You don’t need to know everything already, but you do need to be proactive, technically confident and willing to take ownership. We value curiosity, determination and attention to detail just as much as formal experience.

This is a varied role combining ecommerce administration, technical website support, product setup, data handling and digital optimisation.
You’ll help maintain and improve the performance of our ecommerce websites, primarily within WooCommerce, while also supporting a smaller Shopify store. You’ll support ecommerce systems and integrations, upload and organise product content, assist with landing pages and website updates, and help identify opportunities to improve the online customer experience.
You’ll work closely with the UX Manager and Head of Customer Experience, while collaborating regularly with the Product team to ensure the websites remain accurate, commercially effective and easy to use.
