Potentially a strange choice for a lovingly restored Georgian country house kitchen, but although you wanted to renovate the kitchen sympathetically, you did want some modern touches and the white extra-large bubble light perfectly complements the wheaten walls.
Sixty clear glass baubles float from white Italian fabric cables like a magical cloud of bubbles drifting across the room. Five bulbs illuminate the unusual chandelier. A cool white dimmer switch enables you to control the ambience to perfection.
The over 3m high ceilings dwarf most lights, but this oversized modern glass chandelier adds understated grandeur that impeccably fits the house's proportions.
Deciding on a cuppa, you wander over to the sink to fill the kettle; the white swan-neck tap is another subtle nod to a contemporary aesthetic. Picking up on the white hardware of the light suspended above and the white crockery displayed on your open-wooden shelving.
