As a valued customer, we’d like to let you know about some pricing updates we’re making throughout December, why we need to review them, and what it means for you.
Over the past few years, our business costs have been steadily increasing, and we need to adjust our pricing to maintain the high quality of products and service level you’ve come to expect from us.
The sorts of things affecting this decision are:
- Increasing costs of transporting and manufacturing components for assembling our products at our site in Yorkshire – from suppliers in the UK and around the world
- Rising operating costs, including gas and electricity bills
- Reviewing the pay structure across our teams, particularly the lower waged roles, to ensure we pay them fairly for the jobs they do
- Continuing to use high-grade materials rather than opting for cheaper alternatives that compromise our product quality – the cost of these materials is rising.
What this means for you…
If you’ve got your eye on a product or two, you’ve got a week or so to snaffle them up at the current price. The updates will begin to roll out on Monday, 19th December, across most ranges.
