Twisting the blinds open to let brilliant sunlight stream in, you burst with pleasure at this beautifully fresh spring morning. The sun has finally appeared, and you fling open the window to let the early breeze flow through the house. Pausing to watch blackbirds bathe in a small puddle, you feel a grin spread across your face as their cheerful trills fill you with joy. Craving the feel of the sun’s warmth on your skin, you decide on an al-fresco breakfast on the patio.

Bounding down the stairs, you hurry into the kitchen, eager to get the coffee machine going, yearning for caffeine.
