Ordering a zesty Mai Tai from the poolside tiki bar, you watch the intense sunset shades of tangerine and red swirl together, beautifully garnished with juicy maraschino cherries and a sprig of fresh green mint. Taking a sip, you wander back to your favourite spot next to a pair of picture-perfect palm trees.
Flicking off your flip-flops and reclining on the luxury lounger, you inhale in appreciation of the spectacular view. Rolling hills covered in lush tropical forests extend for miles around. Closing your eyes, you notice your mind calming with each peaceful minute spent basking in the heat of the blazing sun. You can even hear waves crashing on the beach nearby.
Contented but needing a cool down, you tentatively dip your toe into the pool, testing the water's temperature before committing to plunging in. Gliding along, barely causing a ripple, you pause at the end of a length to catch your breath and observe native plants thriving in the hotel's garden.
