Also known as a Chinese evergreen, this variety of the Aglaonema plant has beautiful deep green leaves with pale green markings. Its dinky size makes it perfect for popping on a table top, or sprucing up small nooks and crannies on shelves or windowsills.
Native to tropical and sub-tropical parts of the world, the Aglaonema Modestum has been grown for centuries as a luck-bringing ornamental plant. Now, we can't guarantee that our Aglaonema small artificial plant will bring you health and good fortune for the rest of your life, but we can guarantee that it'll put a smile on your face every time you walk past it!
Its beautiful large narrow leaves grow from short stems making it a really compact little plant. Ideal if you're tight for space, or want to bolster larger plants to create a multi-foliage feature.
The Aglaonema Modestum was introduced to the West when it was brought to the Royal Botanical Gardens Kew. Its popularity grew and grew, and it's now one of the most popular houseplants. The biggest advantage of course with our artificial Aglaonema house plant is that it doesn't really need looking after, apart from a quick going over with a duster. Mix and match with our beautiful foliage range for a botanical vibe that takes zero effort to care for.

Did you know that the Aglaonema had a major role in the hit film Leon? The main character, Leon, nurtures his plant throughout the film and even refers to it as his best friend.
