Plunging your hands into the pizza dough, you knead the sticky mess until it comes together in a smooth sphere. Flour floats into the air, coating your black worktops in a dusting of white, and you wipe your brow with your forearm to avoid smearing the mixture all over your face. Friday pizza and beer nights are always a little hectic, but you wouldn’t have it any other way.
Covering the dough with cling film, you leave it to prove as you quickly attempt to restore some sense of normality.
